Belt & Bucket Elevator

The elevator is of the enclosed belt and bucket type.  It has a rubber/polyester low stretch belt fitted with steel buckets.

The screws feed the abrasive into the elevator which is of the belt and bucket type.

The buckets are fitted to the belt by means of two large headed bucket bolts.

The unit is fabricated as one structure.

All shafts run in self lubricated, sealed, flanged ball bearing units.

Drive is by means of a standard reduction geared motor unit directly coupled to the pulley shaft.  This eliminates adjustment of chain or pulley drives when tensioning of the elevator belt is necessary.
